30 - day hassle-free return policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. All stock orders returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you would like to return an item, please contact us for authorization on a return. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to send your order back to us. Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, with no exceptions. The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in resalable condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full credit to be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Please make sure all original tags are still in place. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of products caused by the customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. Credits normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement. When returning products that are offered with "Free Shipping" we will refund the entire cost of the product, except our shipping costs that were originally free to you.

If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.|

|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.|

Hillside USA is not responsible for any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
In the event a package is refused by the customer, FedEx-USPS will return the package to us and we will not refund any shipping costs, duties, fees, or taxes.
In addition, Hillside USA reserves the right to charge your credit card for any return fees we are charged in recovering the refused package.
Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item.
